Formula

Terms of Trade (ToT) = ( Price Index of Agricultural Products ÷ Price Index of Non-Agricultural Products ) × 100

ToT > 100 → Favourable to agriculture
ToT = 100 → Neutral
ToT < 100 → Unfavourable to agriculture
